(Kasoft Software, Play-K Games)

Port Sorell Edition (1990): Created as part of the Amstrad CPC prototype of Kasoft Software's Monopoly. It was also modelled as an actual board game. The streets and landmarks are taken from the beach resort towns Port Sorell, Shearwater and Hawley Beach situated on the Rubicon River in Northern Tasmania. This has been the position of Kasoft Base (Kasoft's home office) for most of the last decade.

The utilities in this edition are service stations (n. (Aust.) gas or petrol station), being Mobil Shearwater and Ampol Port Sorell (which no longer exists). The railway stations become shops, namely Wilmot Street, Meredith Street, Hawley Beach and Shearwater.

Sandy Bay Edition (1998): Created in 1998 by Kade Hansson to supplement the other editions in the initial Acorn RISC OS beta release of Kasoft Monopoly. The streets and landmarks are taken from the southern suburbs of Hobart, Tasmania, specifically around the southern campus of the University Of Tasmania in Sandy Bay. This has been the position of Kasoft Central (Kasoft's working office) for the past six years.

The utilities in this edition are nightclubs, being Club Surreal and Regines. The railway stations become take away food outlets (n. (Aust.) fast food diner or restaurant), namely Mykonos Takeaway, Mondos Pizza, as well as McDonalds and KFC Sandy Bay.
